Service Description

Have us over!  We'll take our shoes off and offer some (confidential) assessments, you'll offer us a hot beverage, we'll chat while we get all set up, you'll get a little workout (that doesn't feel like a workout), then do something you've never done before, and before you know it you'll want to have us over again - maybe even make a party out of it.* Service includes: • Pre and Post session cognitive assessment (results are kept completely confidential) • Time to converse about interests, overall health concerns (to determine best programming in virtuo, and so we can get to know you a little) • Heart rate monitored time in virtuo • Short stretching regimen • Satisfaction survey *Inquire about promotional parties - gather 9 friends 55+, and we'll come over for free!
